To upload a digital file to our ftp site go to:
ftp://ftp.iqstorage.com/
Step 1:Under Page tab: Left Click on Open FTP site in Windows Explorer
After new window opens:
Step 2: In the window right click and select: Click Log In As
Step 3: Type In: uploads
Step 4: For password: uploads
Step 5: Drag and Drop your files into the window. A status bar should appear. This step could take some time depending on file size.
Step 6: After uploading your file, e-mail: toby@dmprinters.com and let us know that the upload is complete.
To download:
Log On: dmpdownloads
Password: dmpdownloads
If you have problems logging in to the ftp site you may want to try this:
Under Tools Tab go to Internet Options
Under Advanced Tab
Be sure box is checked: Enable Folder View For FTP Sites.
